Under the auspices of the Norwegian Nobel Institute, the Nobel Peace Prize Forum focuses on the work of Nobel Peace Prize winners and leading international peacemakers and peacebuilders. The theme of this year's forum was 'sustainable and inclusive peacemaking and peace building'.
Dr Alan Channer introduced excerpts from The Imam and the Pastor and An African Answer. He emphasised that both films were made to help amplify and sustain a new peace-building dynamic, made possible by the reconciliation between Imam Ashafa and Pastor Wuye.
The two Nigerian faith leaders were engaged in a conversation moderated by Rev Mark Hanson, former presiding bishop of the Evangelical Lutheran Church of America. They received a standing ovation.
Other participants at the Forum included former President of the United States Jimmy Carter and Deputy Chair of the Global Elders and former Prime Minister of Norway, Dr Gro Harlem Brundtland.
